A business assessment helps us understand (from a third party perspective) what a client's business has done in the past, what they're currently doing (including a detailed financial assessment), what they would like to be doing (goals), and whether we can help them get there faster through YCIG. We offer clients a 1 hr free consultation after review of the business assessment to provide valuable feedback on what is good, what is bad, and offer preliminary ideas and solutions. Once both sides feel there is a fit (client sees value and can fit into one of our coaching business models), we enter into an agreement.
Step 2: We help you establish the systems and structures in your business (through the utilization of expert service providers in our group) to streamline your accounting, communication, administrative, legal, branding, marketing, new market and product development segments of your business. Our goal is to aggressively and continuously eliminate waste in every facet of your business processes and make sure you have the best teams in place to win in your existing market(s).
Step 3: We provide key foundational training to every employee in your company to ensure everyone in your organization has the foundations for success. We then assign a mentor for each employee so they can continue to grow themselves, their thoughts, and your organization.
Step 4: We choose and implement the highest return on investment marketing and lead generation strategies to sustainably grow your current business, with special focus on cost per lead models to minimize risk associated with campaigns.
Step 5: We go after new markets, leveraging your existing technology and our product development expertise to capture new sustainable business with the lowest risk and highest and fastest rate of return on investment.
At every point in the 5 Step Process, we closely monitor company financials through our accounting staff and established cash flow management systems, support clients on important financial decisions, and work with our Investments division to raise required capital to sustain company growth.
